From 2019 to 2023, there has been a 46% increase in mental health claims. Psychosocial hazards are factors in the workplace that can cause stress. Prolonged and severe stress leads to psychological or physical harm. Recognise psychosocial hazards in the workplace to prevent harm and build a safe and healthy work environment.
