Solar PV Completion of Works Installer Report

Use this completion report to document all aspects of a solar PV and battery storage installation. Capture pre, mid, and post install photos of the array, rail and hooks, inverter, and wiring. Record inverter serial numbers and operating screens for PV1 and PV2 voltages, datalogger serials, battery serials and stack photos, meter and CT clamp positions, and breaker ratings. Include Zappi, Eddi, and Harvi device details, minor works with essential electrical test results to BS 7671, and attach EIC reports. Conclude with customer satisfaction comments and signatures from both customer and installer.
