CTC Semi-Structured Teacher and Facilitator Questionnaire

This semi-structured CTC questionnaire helps teachers and facilitators document key insights on access to education, reasons for out-of-school and dropout (including for girls), child protection in emergencies, psychosocial support needs, and requirements of vulnerable learners such as children with disabilities or those displaced. It also captures challenges in service delivery, availability of WASH facilities, and ideas to make learning environments more equitable and gender-responsive.
