Weekly PPE, Vehicle and Equipment Inspection

This weekly inspection template helps teams complete consistent safety checks across PPE, vehicles, tools, and lifting equipment. Review and record the condition of safety harnesses, lanyards, helmets, torches, ear and eye protection, boots, gloves, hi‑viz, overalls, dust masks, and first aid kits. Log vehicle details and check lights, brakes, steering, suspension, windscreen and wipers, tyres, oil and water levels, cleanliness, and any bodywork damage. Verify power and hand tools are in good order and that lifting equipment meets the correct color code. Capture comments, attach images, raise nonconformances, and tag failed items, then sign off to confirm completion.
