Record model and serial numbers, date of manufacture, manufacturer, location, and the last inspection date. Capture photos, note defects such as cuts, burns, frays, corrosion, and missing parts, and select corrective actions including clean and re inspect, return to manufacturer, return to service, or remove from service and destroy. Confirm compliance with AS NZS 1891.4 and provide a final pass or fail with sign off.
