Use this full body harness inspection checklist to assess the condition of identification labels, hardware, and webbing before use. Verify buckles, D rings, back pad, and loop keepers, and check for cuts, frays, broken stitches, abrasions, burns, corrosion, sharp edges, cracks, distortion, and other defects. Record the date of manufacture and serial number, note findings, and sign off. If any defective condition is found, remove the harness from service and destroy. Ideal for construction and field crews working at height.
