Use this traceability record sheet to capture end to end product provenance for fresh produce and packhouse operations. Log site, lot and PO numbers, BB/DU dates, grower codes and country of origin. Attach certifications and due diligence (GlobalGAP, GFSI, PPPL, ethical), spray records and specifications. Record intake and online QC, positive release, shelf life, residue and lab results. Track packaging accreditation and specs, label sign off, production line checks, equipment verification, temperature logs and cleaning. Conduct raw material and packaging mass balance, manage non conformances, and document sign off.
