This daily vehicle defect report template supports drivers and fleet managers in completing pre use checks for LGV and HGV vehicles. Capture vehicle registration, trailer number, odometer reading, fuel and AdBlue levels, and location. Document photos of the vehicle and record pass or defect findings for tyres, wheels, brakes, steering, lights and indicators, reflectors, mirrors, wipers and washers, horn, electrical connections, coupling, spray suppression, load security, body and wings, and exhaust emissions.
