Thruway Service Audit Checklist

This Thruway Service Audit supports auditing of intercity bus services connected to Amtrak routes. Used by Drummac employees since 2022, it covers multiple routes and operators. The checklist evaluates schedule reporting at boarding, destination signage, exterior and interior condition, aisle cleanliness, trash receptacles, driver ID and uniform, ticket acceptance, safe luggage handling, and accessibility assistance. It also verifies required announcements (service and driver name, no smoking, destinations and connections, seatbelt reminders, emergency plan), power outlets and USB ports, restroom condition, stopping at scheduled locations, P/A system use, and announcement of stops. Additional items include prohibiting mobile phone use while driving, driver courtesy and information provided, and any safety concerns related to passengers or driver performance. A signature section finalizes the audit.
