RealmFS Vehicle Inspection Checklist

This vehicle inspection checklist helps drivers and managers document a thorough condition check before operating a vehicle. Capture driver name, vehicle registration, date, mileage, service next due, and license validity. Inspect electrics including main and dipped beams, side and tail lights, brake and reverse lights, indicators and hazards, windscreen washer and wiper blades, horn, and air conditioner. Assess exterior bodywork on all sides, noting dents, scratches, rust, and any chips on windows. Review interior condition and mirrors. Check tire condition front and rear, as well as the spare. Verify the presence of wheel spanner, jack, and warning triangles. Record additional details, discussions with the manager, and obtain the driver signature to support roadworthiness, safety, and fleet compliance.
