RCK LGV and Trailer Inspection Checklist

This LGV and trailer inspection checklist helps fleet and logistics teams verify roadworthiness and compliance. It covers in cab checks such as seats, seat belts, mirrors, windscreen, wipers, horn, and controls. It includes braking and steering systems, tyres and wheels, suspension and chassis, electrical and lighting, fuel and exhaust systems, and coupling equipment including fifth wheel and kingpin. Trailer landing legs, speed limiter and tachograph are included. Brake performance tests for service, secondary and parking brakes plus a road test with temperature assessment. Record defects, actions, and examiner declaration.
