HGV Inspection Sheet

This HGV inspection sheet helps drivers and fleet teams record thorough walkaround checks for heavy goods vehicles. The checklist covers cab interior items like seats, mirrors, seat belts, instruments, and warning systems; exterior and underbody components including chassis, body security, exhaust emissions, wheels, hubs, tyres, suspension, axles, steering, and transmission; and critical safety systems such as brakes, lights, reflectors, indicators, headlamp aim, side markers, and speed limiter.
