Quarterly Fleet Vehicle Inspection Checklist
by David Kusnierek, from the Community
This quarterly fleet vehicle inspection template helps teams assess cab interior and documentation, window and door operation, seatbelts, lights and hazards, backup camera, HVAC, and overall cleanliness. Verify required forms, first aid and spill kits, PPE, cones, and other safety gear. Inspect exterior components including windshield, wipers, signals, headlights, tail and brake lights, tires, horn, mirrors, and ladder security. Review truck bed storage practices and ensure product containers are labeled, sealed, and properly stocked. Capture photos, add observations, and complete auditor and technician signatures to confirm an accurate inspection.
