Use this vehicle safety inspection checklist from ABT Logistics to record vehicle and client details, verify license disc and registration, and document VIN, odometer, and next inspection date. Inspect interior systems including gauges, lights, seat belts, windows, air conditioning, handbrake, and warning indicators. Check exterior components such as headlights, indicators, brake and tail lights, mirrors, windscreen, wipers, tires, wheels and rims, license plate lights, and safety equipment including spare wheel, jack, triangle, and tools. Review undercarriage and brake components, including mountings, joints, control arms, shocks, discs, pads, exhaust, and fluid lines.
