This Quality Audit Checklist supports fiber-to-the-home customer installations. It covers underground and aerial drops, routing from MST or OFDC to the property, NID entry, riser and wall plate installation, interior cabling, and placement of ONT, routers, and extenders. It also verifies technician presentation, customer education, performance validation, payment portal setup, and closeout documentation, with fields for comments, technician signature, and supervisor review.
