This microduct pressure testing validation checklist guides field teams through ABFFP setup and verification. Install an end stop on the boundary end of the microduct, connect the valve tap and gauge at the ABFFP, and pressurize the line. Test at one bar for one hundred twenty seconds or at four bar for ninety seconds, then close the valve to allow pressure to stabilize. Capture photos of the gauge and ABFFP label, monitor for sixty seconds, safely release pressure, replace the O ring, refit the lid, and record internal and external compliance photos.
