IRS Faceplate Report 1.0 Installation Checklist
by Nelio Goncalves, from the Community
This IRS Faceplate Report template helps technicians document Integrated Reception System faceplate installations in residential units. Capture job details, fire stopping on both sides of drilled holes, and photo evidence before and after sockets are fitted. Record living room and bedroom socket installs for IRS, fibre, and Virgin services, then test and verify signal levels between 55 dB and 65 dB using TV or satellite analyzers. Log connected and tested equipment including Freeview, Freesat, Sky, foreign receivers, and radio. Add notes for deviations, attach photos of working customer equipment and connections, and obtain resident sign off to confirm satisfactory completion.
