This engineer sign off checklist guides the installation of MDU digital signage screens from start to finish. Record screen locations, sizes, make and model, and serial numbers. Verify 4G modem USB and WiFi connectivity. Capture photos of signal strength and content on the screen, and confirm on off and volume buttons are disabled. Document the power source, MCB or RCBO, cable type and length, and cable runs. Confirm firestopping materials and containment type with correct accessories. Note any outstanding works with photos, then complete engineer sign off.
