Use this client sign off checklist to guide and document the installation of digital signage screens in multi dwelling units. Capture screen details including size, make, model, and serial number. Verify 4G modem via USB and WiFi signal strength, confirm screens display content, and disable power and volume controls where required. Record installation completion with photos, power source, MCB or RCBO, cable type and length, and containment. Log firestopping status and materials used, note any outstanding works, and collect engineer and client representative signatures with date.
