It covers PIA NOI number, full site address, on site contact and number, A55 completion date, and local authority. Engineers document the purpose of the A55, overhead issues, contact with the poling help desk, alternative routes, and required works. Capture equipment added to poles with height, length and depth, photographic evidence per the network adjustments guide, DP number, pole size and class, existing and forecast wires, side loading, and whether the pole is on private property. For underground works, record chamber location, current and required chamber type, surface type such as unmade, footway tarmac, verge, HRA, modular or concrete, traffic management needs, and number of bores.
