Openreach A55 Checklist
This ITS Openreach A55 checklist supports PIA network adjustments and field engineering. It covers PIA NOI number, full site address, on site contact and number, A55 completion date, and local authority. Engineers document the purpose of the A55, overhead issues, contact with the poling help desk, alternative routes, and required works. Capture equipment added to poles with height, length and depth, photographic evidence per the network adjustments guide, DP number, pole size and class, existing and forecast wires, side loading, and whether the pole is on private property. For underground works, record chamber location, current and required chamber type, surface type such as unmade, footway tarmac, verge, HRA, modular or concrete, traffic management needs, and number of bores. Log X and Y coordinates for chambers and blockages, photos with clear references, distance to blockages, duct section numbers, and cables present. Include details for additional capacity, potential cable recovery, damage evidence, OR portal screenshots, grid references, and final signature.

Record A55 purpose, overhead issues, poling help desk contact, alternative routes, and equipment to be added with dimensions.
