This free cabling sign off checklist helps ICT teams confirm completed network installations before handover. Capture project reference, site and engineer details, and dates. Track first and second fix progress, data points and locations, and variances from drawings. Record patch panel IDs and cable end types such as glass end, surface mount plate, or flush face plate. Verify equipment installation across cabinet, UPS, firewall, router, switch, access point, and CCTV. Check cabinet location, device connections, Zabbix visibility, and monitor displays. Finally, collect engineer and customer names and signatures to complete sign off.
