Use this AIS Quality Control checklist to audit satellite TV installations end to end. Verify line of sight within +/- 5 degrees, ODU assembly and mounting, bracing and brackets, cabling from LNB to ground block or multiswitch, weatherproofing of exterior connectors, drip loops, entry seals and bushings, clean cable routing, and F-connector preparation to 30 in-lbs. Confirm grounding and bonding meet NEC, approved materials are used, and inside setup covers phone or broadband connectivity, receiver installation, remote programming, and customer education. Capture customer satisfaction, punctuality, and leave-behind forms, plus photos and comments.
