It covers higher knowledge (multifocal lens type recommendations, power range understanding, EDI lens ordering, explaining refractive error to customers), eyetest competencies (reading and progressive FOP tryouts, standard customer questions, 10‑step easy fogging, visual acuity understanding, eye balance, far distance power tryouts and prescribing, word choice and communication), edging skills (lens blocking, edging machine use, full and half‑frame procedures, final check, rush‑hour management), and dispensing (handling pop‑up questions, using basic tools, advising on lens use).
