This HSE and customer experience inspection template is designed for petrol dealer sites and forecourts. It guides site managers and auditors through checks on safety signage, fire extinguishers, fuel dispensers, emergency response plans, ESD buttons, first aid readiness, decantation controls, earthing, and PPE. It also covers electrical and cash safety, CCTV coverage and backups, and security staffing. Customer experience sections review cleanliness, canopy and pylon branding, lighting, staff uniforms and service, wiper buckets, and retail NFR areas. Toilets and documentation, including the Green Book, are verified, with space for observations and staff feedback.
