Use this DARE Selling Evaluation checklist to assess in store selling behaviors and coach retail teams. Track if staff greet customers within 5 seconds, show genuine interest and positive body language, communicate promotions and markdowns, suggest add on items, and summarize and close the sale. Confirm alternatives or omni channel options for out of stocks, explain loyalty offers such as Friends and Family, discuss lay by or pay options when price is a concern, and direct customers to the till with thanks.
