Westmoreland Handover Inspection 1.1

Comprehensive handover inspection checklist for residential and mixed use properties. Capture general property information and images, then assess external condition, site boundaries, pathways, lighting and outbuildings. Inspect all entrance, rear, patio and internal doors for condition and safety. Review internal areas including hallways, staircases, reception rooms and bedrooms, noting finishes, flooring, lighting, sockets and heating. Cover kitchen and bathroom condition, fixtures and finishes. Include basement checks, security systems, mailboxes and data voice services. Verify fire safety systems such as emergency lighting, alarm panels and extinguishers. Document mechanical and electrical services, distribution boards, boilers, heaters, hot water storage, water tanks, isolation valves, pressure, ventilation and roof space access and insulation.
