Void Property Inspection and Schedule of Works
This template supports housing and facilities teams in assessing void or vacant properties and planning remedial works before reoccupation. It guides inspectors to confirm the presence of electric and gas meters, evaluate the condition of electrical installations, identify the heating system type, and check front door condition and locks. Room by room, it prompts a repairs schedule for living areas, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, gardens, and other spaces, with space to add photos and notes.
