This daily checklist guides facility teams through inspections of rooftop plant and machinery. Review wet and dry plant areas, LTHW and chilled water pressurisation units, cold water booster sets, AHU operations, constant and variable temperature pumps, chiller pumps, and CHP oil levels and run hours. Record boiler and water temperatures, calorifier and storage tank readings, and chlorine dioxide unit operation. Note reactive works, check the BMS for faults, and capture any issues for timely rectification and compliance.
