Apartment Strip Inspection Checklist

This apartment strip inspection checklist supports the initial onboarding of a new residential unit. Inspect entrances, hallways, guest and full bathrooms, and the kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. Review dining and living areas, WiFi and TV setup, curtains, lighting, and AC. Assess balconies, safety and maintenance items, and capture area images. For bedrooms one to four, check beds, mattresses, linens, storage, lighting, and AC, plus TVs and decor. Verify laundry and cleaning equipment such as washer, dryer, ironing board, vacuum, and mop. Record utilities setup, access and parking cards, keys, and any defects or missing items to ensure the property is guest ready.

This LUXXE Apartment Inspection checklist helps hotel and serviced apartment teams assess presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance across guest spaces. Verify walls, doors, vents, and skirting are dust free; check lounge and dining furniture, windows, curtains, and bedroom furnishings. Confirm bed presentation and linen quality; inspect wardrobe, luggage rack, iron and board, and guest stationery including DND, in-room dining, feedback forms, and compendium. Review tea and coffee setup, minibar, cupboards, and contents such as crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Ensure fridge, remotes, and appliances operate correctly. In bathrooms, check vanity, mirrors, amenities, linen, shower/bath/spa, toilet, and floors. Note maintenance or WHS issues and any lost property.
