This LUXXE apartment inspection checklist helps accommodation and housekeeping teams assess the presentation and readiness of serviced apartments. Verify odour control, cleanliness of walls, doors, vents, furniture and windows, and confirm curtains and sheers are present and clean. Check bedroom setup, alarm clocks, wardrobes, luggage racks, ironing equipment and guest stationery. Review tea and coffee areas, cupboards, minibar, waste bins and ensure crockery, cutlery and glassware are complete and clean. Confirm fridges, appliances and remotes work. Inspect bathroom vanities, mirrors, amenities, linen, showers, toilets and floors. Record maintenance and WHS issues and any lost property. Assess laundry appliances, kitchen stove and oven, utensils, pots, pans and dishwasher. Confirm carpets and floor coverings are clean, note any evidence of previous guests, and add overall comments.
