Use this checklist to produce a structured site review during visits to residential or commercial developments. Capture core building information, photos, lobby and directory details, NABERS rating, heritage status, security systems, lifts, loading dock and parking. Record tenancy details including floor level, size, floor and ceiling types, fitout, natural light and windows, air conditioning, perimeter services, toilet locations and accessibility, and availability of floor plans. Note amenities such as end-of-trip facilities, bike racks, concierge, cafes, mail and community portals, and EV charging. Add notes and shortlist decisions to support property assessments.
