Quarterly Building Inspection Checklist
by Kacey Buffington, from the Community
This quarterly building inspection checklist helps facilities and property teams assess overall building condition three times per year. It covers exterior and interior areas, including sidewalks and parking, signage, gutters and drains, roofing, doors, walls, ceilings, lighting, supplies, electrical clearance, and plumbing. Use it to identify deficiencies, create action items and work orders, document notes and photos, and escalate out-of-scope issues to property managers to maintain a safe, clean, and well maintained site.
