This Property Condition Report template supports comprehensive site surveys for residential and similar properties. Capture key information such as site address, job number, preparer, and photos. Record house type, age, outside walls, and access restrictions including parking and lifts. Document electrical board protection and location, along with any potential for damage. Conduct room by room assessments for bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge, hallways, and study or office. Include front, rear, and side elevation notes, extra information, and additional notes. Flag hazards such as suspected ACM and assign a contracts manager.
