Use the OPS 2 Snapshot QSA to revisit sites that previously scored a 2 and document improvements since the last audit. This follow-up checklist assesses communal interiors, bin stores, external areas, car parks, bike stores, and gardens, and verifies safety and compliance records. Capture reasons for the visit, current site standards, and a new score from 2 to 4. Note any actions requiring escalation to an Estates or Engineering Manager, such as repairs, redecorations, replanting, or mulching, and track progress outside the normal QSA schedule.
