This template supports letting agents, landlords, and property managers in documenting a property’s condition at move-in, check-out, and periodic inspections. It includes sections for general property information, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, key lists, alarm codes, and utilities (gas, electricity, water, council tax). Room-by-room checks cover doors, windows, fixtures, flooring, radiators, and electrics, plus kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Exterior areas, parking, and outbuildings are included. It ends with tenant guidance and signature fields.
