Automatic Electronic Door Inspection Checklist

Use this checklist to guide quarterly inspections of automatic electronic doors. Verify 240V safety, operator access and security, track and wheels, anti-rise, bottom rail and floor guides, hanger brackets, drive chain and belt, motor and gear, and door alignment. Test mechanical and electric locks, stop brackets, fascia and end plates, battery replacement, outdoor operation, activation and safety sensors. Simulate power failure, check emergency exit device, supply voltage and charging, document repairs, verify exit signage, capture photos, and complete sign-off.
