Use this evacuation diagram audit checklist to review compliance with AS 3745 and local regulations for facilities. Verify core elements: correct floor plan, YOU ARE HERE, green exits, communication points, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers and blankets, fire indicator panel, refuges, assembly areas, validity date, north arrow and legend.
