Capture duct route and size, cable type, compressor settings, distances from chambers or tobies, and whether the stop was gradual or hard. Annotate likely blockage locations on drawings and in photos. Quantify wasted cable, note environmental conditions and operator observations, and define immediate actions and follow-up remedies to improve future fiber deployment quality and reduce rework.
