This FLG cleaning inspection checklist helps Zap and Jetts clubs verify daily and weekly standards across reception, gym floors, equipment and amenities. Inspect dusting, vacuuming and mopping; disinfect equipment; clean mirrors, showers, toilets and vanities; check dispensers are stocked; and review the cleaners room for WHS guidelines, labelled chemicals and MSDS. Use a 1-5 rating scale, add photos and notes, and create corrective actions to maintain hygiene and member safety.
