This weekly inspection checklist is designed for Jetts and Zap gyms operated by FLG. It verifies reception and gym floor cleanliness, weekly equipment sanitising, and detailed bathroom and shower standards. It includes checks for the cleaners room, WHS guidelines, correct chemical labelling and storage, MSDS visibility, coloured mop use, stock levels, tidy storage, and waste removal. The checklist also captures an evacuation plan photo and requires client and FLG representative sign offs.
