Use this FLG brand standards checklist to audit fitness club presentation and operations. It guides pre audit checks such as recent feedback, cleaning audits, monthly walkthroughs, and outstanding ServiceNow items. Inspect exterior areas, signage, promotions, and operating hours. Verify 24 7 access controls and club closed signage. Assess reception service, retail displays, food and beverage areas, fridges, and promotions. Confirm member engagement and swipe processes. Review notice boards, member lounge, staff rooms, kitchens, offices, lost property, and storage. Evaluate childminding cleanliness, toys, and displayed pricing and hours. Check gym floor orderliness, equipment condition, out of order signage and ServiceNow logging, and group exercise rooms. Inspect bathrooms, lockers, pools and spa, relaxation zones including sauna, steam room, and showers. Ensure marketing collateral is current, on brand, and digital timetables operate. In general, verify air conditioning, clocks, walls and ceilings, lighting, staff uniforms and name badges, professional conduct, digital and TV screens, music levels, bins, and furniture condition.
