This daily development safety check template helps property and facilities teams inspect residential developments and communal areas. Verify that external areas such as car parks and gardens are free of debris and trip hazards. Confirm entrances, door entry or call systems, and contact details are present and working. Visually check gutters, roof, and tiles from ground level. Ensure buggy stores and charging points are unobstructed and in good condition. Confirm fire assembly points are visible and fire exits lead to a place of safety. Assess internal areas including laundry, refuse, office, communal lounge, kitchen, toilets, guest suite, and lift. Review corridors and stairwells for obstructions, working lights, and safe walls, floors, ceilings, and stair nosings.
