This monthly facilities inspection checklist helps Facilities Managers review the condition and safety of a residential care property. It covers discussions with managers and facilities champions, verification of floor-walk checklists, equipment and inventory checks for tenanted properties, and building maintenance verification. Inspect specified areas including hallways, lounges, dining rooms, kitchens, offices, bathrooms, staff toilets, bedrooms, sensory and laundry rooms, lifts, and external spaces such as smoking areas, sheds, bins, lighting, fencing, plant life, and car parks. Record findings, raise Fix tickets for any issues, and outline required actions.
