Use this monthly inspection checklist to verify back of house areas, fire corridors, and plant rooms are safe and compliant. Confirm corridors are unobstructed and illuminated, signage is clear, and fire doors close and operate correctly. Check plant rooms for hazards and housekeeping standards. Record issues, assign actions, and escalate any unsatisfactory findings to the Duty Manager or CX Lead and the Facilities Manager for timely remediation.
