Use this checklist to verify back-of-house fire corridors are safe and compliant. Inspect clear egress from entry to exit, condition and locking of fire doors, illuminated exit signage, corridor lighting, spills and slip hazards, visible hazards, and rubbish removal. Confirm emergency contact signage is posted. Assess plant rooms for door condition, functioning locks, adequate lighting, illuminated exit signs, obstruction-free access, and cleanliness. Attach photos and record completion details and sign-off.
