This hazard inspection checklist focuses on doors and corridors across building exits and plant rooms. It helps verify clear exits and emergency signage, adequate illumination, unobstructed passageways, dry and hazard-free floors, and compliant fire doors that latch and self close. Inspectors can assess locksets, handles, frames, oil leaks, and physical damage; confirm plant rooms are tidy and safe; and document issues by location such as Exit B1.01 through Level 2.23. Use this template to standardize facility safety checks and record corrective actions.
