Electrical Asset Condition Report Template
by Patrick Vandeleur, from the Community
Use this electrical asset condition report to inspect and document equipment across port and facility sites. Capture location, facility, building, and tradesperson details, asset ID and description, ratings for current and fault capacity, installation year and remaining capacity. Assess condition using P1 to P6 priority levels and select components including lighting, solar, switchboards, generators, fire systems, and HVAC. Record sub equipment like RCDs, ACBs, MCCBs, meters, and ATS. Note defects, required work, quantities, due dates, and budget replacement costs, attach photos, and apply standard repair codes to plan maintenance.
