Verify plate heat exchanger flow and return temperatures, confirm cold water storage is at or below 20 C, and capture readings at sentinel outlets. Record temperatures at kitchens, FOH, toilets, showers, and dressing rooms, including TMV controlled taps set to 39 to 42 C. Document variances, note high demand conditions, and log who completed the checks and the date for compliance and audit readiness.
