Use this WHS evaluation checklist to assess new client sites before placing on-hire workers. Verify WHS systems and processes, review incident history, check inductions and emergency planning, and evaluate site conditions such as amenities, lighting, access, and housekeeping. Identify hazards including asbestos, confined spaces, silica, electrical, excavation, falling objects, manual tasks, noise, outdoor work, and traffic management, then document controls and required health monitoring. Capture notes, photos, and evidence, assign actions, and determine whether to proceed with placement or escalate for review.
